New York 19 est un projet de Tony Schwartz. C’était une sorte de reportage sur la vie musicale de la zone postale où vivait Tony à l’époque (New York 19, aujourd’hui 10019) au milieu de Manhattan et dans laquelle il pouvait se balader, car il était agoraphobe.

Moondog apparait sur le premier enregistrement de la seconde Face (Street Musicians) on peut l’y entendre jouer le morceau Fog on the hudson (425 west 57th street) issu du EP Moondog On the Streets of New York.
